• Led a team of over 20 managers, analysts, and administrative professionals responsible for the CLT hub's operating and capital budget, headcount staffing analysis and control processes, and operational performance.
• Piloted a new team of 16 managers responsible for all staffing authorized decisions for 2,250 frontline team members; team served as a model for nine other major airport operations by improving frontline team member.
• Improved frontline team member buy-in of more efficient staffing models by facilitating taskforces of frontline team members, listening to feedback, and leveraging relationships with corporate business partners to.
• Led outsourcing transitions to new business partners ($12.3M annual contracts) complying with Union agreements.

• Managed a team of five analysts and administrative professionals responsible for the hub's operating and capital budget, operational metric reporting, accounts payable processes, and ad hoc presentations.
• Led development of a new automated package to review monthly financial and operating data that was implemented across the 10 largest airports in the system to standardize and streamline monthly reporting.
• Supervised the creation of business justifications for station projects, including the remodeling of the Ramp Tower ($6.3M) and the build-out of centralized management offices ($3.8M).

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Team Lead for the Hub and Gateways Customer Experience finance team of four analysts; oversaw new-hire training, developed training materials, and led team meetings to monitor progress and team growth.
• Supported CLT, DFW, MIA, and LAX hubs in developing business cases for capital projects and other initiatives totaling over $67M from 2014 through 2015.
• Developed and led implementation of the new operating expense Excel model for forecasting, accruing, and budgeting division expenses; streamlined three processes into one, resulting in twice the efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinated airport co-location synergies totaling over $20M and produced assumptions and methodologies for calculating synergies, which were approved by the Board of Directors and Executive team.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Team oversaw monthly close, forecast, capital forecast, and $2B annual P&L. Performed monthly close for all domestic airports.
• Established the account line structure for the new combined airline’s domestic airports controller group. Simplified account structure from over 700 accounts to 100, while maintaining the detail necessary to control.
