Contributed to the commercial success of the UK division, £2.5 million turnover and £700,000 profit in the 2019-2020 tax year, notably Identified and led a Research and Development tax claim for 2019-2020 recouping the organisation over £90,000. Responsible for development of the brand identity, in collaboration with the wider PSW Group. Redesigning all marketing material including a new website, social media content, brochures, engaged national business directories, institutes and groups, flyers and high level presentations.Represented the company regionally, nationally and internationally at networking events, hosting clients and partners, attending site visits, physical and more latterly digital presentations. A highlight being representing PSW Group by holding a presentation and subsequent meetings with a potential partner, Kenyan government officials and potential client in Nairobi Kenya, with regards to oil and energy exploration in the region.Took initiative to engage over 150 strategic partners with the aim of building business awareness locally, regionally and nationally. Achieved an ongoing partnership with the manufacturing technology centre, in which we are working on projects together and started and led discussions with LJMU in which the company will help develop BSc and MSc reliability engineering modules as well as become guest lecturers. Established and held communications with over 1500 UK based manufacturing leads across a multitude of sectors and passed through management as instructed.

Attended site surveys, gathering dimensional data, created CAD technical drawings and visual Renders for live projects, including site plans. Provided graphic design, email and branding solutions for Thomas Investments marketing of the Afan Valley investment property, with the immediate success of a sale in the first week of promotion.Created a consistent brand image for the company and its product ranges including the design of corporate logos, website and content, and all physical and digital marketing material.Secured ongoing work and a long term contract worth £50,000.Re-structured internal operations, modernizing systems, and processes, from marketing strategy to invoicing and quotations. Engaged the company and its employees in networking events, professional development and a social media drive, to create leads and ultimately boost sales.Strengthened current business relations as well as developing strategic partnerships with companies such as Ellanstone Limited, and Stage Systems. Expanded company operations and moved into new sectors, such as securing a contract to exclusively sell an innovative pool decking product.Engaged a strategic partner in One Team Management, created and managed their website and marketing media, as well as securing ongoing design services.

Undertook a variety of full time (and more latterly, part time) projects for regional companies including a construction company, a number of charity organisations, a high-end sofa manufacturer and retailer.Designed technical drawings for a site plan for Chester Pride 2019, as well as marketing material for their new Chester Store. Created brand Identity, marketing strategy for startup business BoulderHut, influencing key decisions and designing presentations for investment, which achieved overfunding of £257,000 of the initial target of £240,000 with 8 days left on crowd cube.Successfully designed websites, corporate logos and created brand identities.Created presentations for companies to obtain financial funding

Created technical drawings of panel products including vanity and IPS units for a wide variety of customers requiring facilities including schools and colleges both nationwide and internationally, including production for CAD for Heathrow Terminal.Integral in introducing an innovative method of generating complex data from a single parametric CAD model and improved CAD design time by almost 20%Created a consistent brand image for the company and its product ranges including the design of corporate logos, marketing material and visual renders.Identified errors on the SAGE ordering system. Rectified product and accessory code inputs and achieved improved stock ordering and stock control. Created bespoke CAD solutions for clients including furniture design, as well as CNC panel engraving, engraving motifs and visual renders for use at Alton Towers. Worked with internal departments to improve all aspects of current product ranges, as well as develop new product ranges, such as children’s school furniture range from off-cut material, to maximise profits and recycling.Made a significant contribution to a record profit for the financial year 2016 – 2017 Contributed to a record month for sales (July 2017)
