- Open and Service various account types: Checking, savings, money markets, and overdrafts.- Process deposits and withdrawals from accounts.- File CTR’s, STR’s and Affidavits.- Sell other products: Credit cards, equity lines and loans.- Summit applications and close on loans

• Provide excellent customer service• Utilize Weekly Protection Agreement classes to enhance sales pitches• Maintain a minimum of 9.2% in Protection Agreements with products sold.• Selling merchandise; through knowledge of products and performance, I.E.- Fitness Equipment, Lawn/Garden Equipment.• Finding Solutions to customer complaints and problems.• Working with Sears credit, delivery and installation companies to establish and promote customer satisfaction.
