TechAnywhere was born out of the challenges I faced while running my development agency, White Cobalt. Despite our best efforts to keep everything local in the UK, we struggled to find enough talented developers to sustain our growth. After years of trying various solutions, I realised that to continue expanding, we needed to look beyond the UK for talent.This decision was daunting, filled with concerns about cultural fit, intellectual property security, and managing a remote team across time zones. However, through perseverance, we successfully built a thriving team in Manila, Philippines, who became as crucial to our success as our UK-based staff.
