Hello. I am Stephen Sundquist and thank you for exploring my LinkedIn profile today.I have spent my entire career helping nonprofits advance their mission. Making a positive difference in the world is what motivates me. This passion has brought me to a variety of organizations and a variety of positions, but all with a common theme - they all strive to positively impact our world. I am an idealist. My goal is to leave the world better of than when I entered it.I have performed practically every task there is to do in a nonprofit. I have answered the 1-800 number, stuffed envelopes and run literature distribution. I have been an administrative assistant, assistant donor relations coordinator and set up new offices. I have run special events, golf outings and continuing education programs. I have managed two nonprofits and done planned giving. I have a deep toolbox of skills that are transferable to any organization. I am not content to rest on the achievements of the past but constantly seek new challenges and ways to improve.I am passionate about serving and seeking social justice by helping the underserved and disadvantaged. As a person of deep faith I feel it is my duty and obligation to serve the underserved and disadvantaged through education.Building relationships, making connections, visioning, innovating, collaborating, mentoring and pitching in are just a few ways I add value to the organizations I serve. I am a people person and forward thinker.
