His responsibilities have included S&OP, strategic sourcing & category management, supplier development and management, new product innovation & contract manufacturing, sustainability improvements (renewable energy, scope 2,3 reductions), procure to pay automation, working capital optimization, digital transformation, and building robust people training & development programs.Over the last 15 years as C-suite executive, he has driven supply chain transformations, improved margins and cashflows, dramatically increased team engagement & commercial capabilities across diverse geographies and skill sets, and accelerated growth in M&A and CAPEX investments all with a goal of delivering bottom line value to the enterprise. Stephen has an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and continues to be actively engaged in industry focused groups and functional advisory boards.
