I am an experienced educational leader with a passion for school improvement, inclusivity, and student success. Most recently, as Principal at Dixons Newall Green Academy, I have led the launch of a new academy, setting strategic priorities, creating a comprehensive curriculum, and driving innovative educational practices. My leadership has established a culture of high challenge and high support.Previously, as Regional Vice Principal, I led curriculum development and quality assurance across multiple academies in Liverpool and Manchester. I worked collaboratively to coach leaders, enhance teaching quality, and implement strategies that improved student outcomes, behaviour, and attendance.My earlier leadership roles at All Saints Catholic College included Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher positions, where I led the school from 'special measures' to a 'Good' Ofsted rating in just 18 months. I achieved this through targeted teacher development, community engagement, and a focus on creating positive learning environments. Student attainment significantly improved under my leadership, with attainment 8 increasing, and higher percentages of students achieving key qualifications in English and Maths.I am passionate about fostering inclusive environments where every student is supported to achieve their potential. My leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to both high standards and wellbeing.
