Our Centres sell a wide range of vehicles, including new and used Peugeot, Toyota, MG, Kia, Mazda, Nissan, Lexus, Omoda, Jaecoo and Skoda models.As Group Recruitment Specialist for RRG Group I am leading the recruitment for our 22 Car Dealerships across a plethora of manufacturers, 2 Accident Repair Centres, Group Fleet and all Head Office departments; I find the right candidate for a particular role. By researching potential contacts, interviewing candidates, and building my network, I have developed top-tier talent within the automotive industry. While overseeing the hiring process, I am always looking for new ideas and ways to attract new talent and improve the candidates experience.RRG Group has had strong relationships with local Colleges for many years, since joining the Group I have been strengthening these relationships and forging new relationships with other local Colleges and High Schools. As a brand ambassador for RRG Group, I will attend Colleges and High Schools to promote the automotive industry, RRG Group as an employer of choice, career opportunities and apprenticeships - giving students an insight on how they can learn and gain valuable experience along with on the job training, which leads to nationally recognised qualifications and our manufacturer qualifications.
