+20 years experience as a leader and technical expert across environment, sustainability, ESG and corporate responsibility in retail/estates, transport & construction sectors. 🔦 I’ve morphed between public, private & co-operative sectors. I’m now searching for my next full-time opportunity to lead the Sustainability/ESG strategy agenda (either as a CSO, Director or Head) in an organisation that passionately believes in a net positive future. 🌳 I’m a disruptive, strategic thinker with a wealth of subject-matter expertise across climate mitigation, net zero, climate adaptation, carbon management, environmental impacts, pollution prevention, ISO 14001 auditing (to test the environmental performance and compliance of an organisation), waste, circular economy, air quality, biodiversity/habitats and sustainability reporting (including TCFD). 👨‍🔬 I've also set up award winning corporate responsibility [social value] programmes with a focus on employability and education.📣 I’ve led teams of Environment & Sustainability practitioners that have collaborated and communicated with stakeholders to design, set, implement and guide sustainability strategies, plans, goals, programmes and projects linked to a ESG vision. These have been built around shared goals, priorities and commitments, but tapping into the foundations of enterprise risk management.
