Flight Sergeant Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and Line Manager to circa 100 personnel. I am responsible for Project Managing the implementation of various data communication systems including the support and delivery of major engineering installations across the world. Additionally, I have the responsibility for compiling all Task Reports, Mid Period and Annual Appraisals of my team and I am accountable for the Health, Safety and welfare of all personnel, including the supervision of individuals working at heights of up to 400 feet. I am also responsible for the production of Method Statements, Emergency Rescue Plans, COSHH and Risk Assessments. My roles have included being Site Manager/Team Leader on countless installations including Radome structures and various antennas as well as overseeing the successful installation of numerous masts and towers.Possessing a strong technical understanding of C6ISR systems, I am SCIDA qualified and experienced in managing Engineering Change Requests to ensure new CIS installations are compliant with MOD, UK and industry standards.TMIET Eng Tech
