After integration was completed, led the DCS Center of Excellence responsible for servers, storage, data center site and facilities groups. Key accomplishment was building a team of talented IBM'ers from each brand to develop the Storage Infrastructure Optimization (SIO) program which became an IBM worldwide sales and delivery program in 2011, resulting in over 500M in sales.
