Analyzed wastewater flow meter and CCTV data for errors and completeness. Managed and dispatched 15 field crews by creating work assignments and acting as live tech support.• Increased flow meter uptime on 300-meter Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission project from 90% to 99% by identifying bad data and issuing specific and detailed work orders for prompt repair, which increased revenue by 6%.• Rescued Baltimore Herring Run CCTV project by migrating 10 sets of physical records and 10 databases of CCTV footage into 1 master set, identifying missing footage and reissuing work orders to complete the 1.2M-linear-foot project. Project was 6 months late and a million dollars over budget when I joined, but was finished quickly enough to prevent the client from revoking 2 additional $1M contracts with ADS.
