The Role involves the design and development of integrated heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, with a particular focus on heat pump technology. My role involves supporting both product development and mechanical design to ensure innovative and efficient solutions that meet industry demands.Key Responsibilities:-Support the production and development of heat pump and related systems across various locations.-Engage in the mechanical design of new products that complement our existing range in the heat pump market, from initial concept to manufacturing drawings.-Create and develop electrical heating, cooling, and ventilation devices.-Independently analyze system requirements and develop effective solutions and concepts.-Design individual parts, assemblies, and complete devices, including the construction and evaluation of mechanical components.-Contribute to risk evaluation and design Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs).-Oversee the development stages from prototype to production, including drafting manufacturing and product-related documents.

Responsible for the design of our next generation & existing tyre pressure sensors, as well as supporting their development for high volume production and their introduction to our worldwide customers. Main Duties include:• Develop, manage and be responsible for the individual projects based on the future Product Roadmap and in support of existing product designs.• Review Customer specifications and produce & present technical presentations to external Customers• Produce CAD models, drawings and ensuring the correct analysis is completed for new products and modifications to existing product designs• Co-ordinate the prototype building, testing, validation and post analysis support activities of new products & modifications to existing product designs.• Liaise with other departments & suppliers in the support of design development activities.• Support the continual development of the Mechanical Team including continuous improvement, process development and training.

All aspects of Injection moulding in the company were managed by Stephen including product design, Mould changing, material mixing, programming, costing.
