I have over 20 years of experience in the IT security field, working with various SIEM technologies, such as ArcSight, QRadar, and Firewalls, to monitor, identify, document, and respond to security incidents and events. Previously, I was a Senior Manager and a Professional Services Practice Lead at Exabeam, where I led and supported the delivery of high-quality professional services to global clients across different industries. I also have a strong background in network security, security consulting, and security operations, having worked at Kellogg Company, IBM Security Services, TransUnion, and other organizations. I am passionate about advancing the field of information security and sharing my knowledge and experience through publications, such as the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Implementation book, which I co-authored in 2010.
