As Lead Product Owner in Digital Workplace I guide and manage the development of our M365/Teams collaboration platform. With the business stakeholders and my awesome team based in Kuala Lumpur we ensure that the information management compliance rules are enforced via in-house developed tools in SPFx and Azure and that we are supporting our business needs. In this way our work towards a world driven by green energy can be done and keep Ørsted's data safe at the same time.Responsible for the Ørsted M365 collaboration platform (internally known as “Deca”). This global, enterprise-wide platform is how the users collaborate and store their business critical information safely. Technical Product Owner for the Digital Workplace development/testing team “Techne” (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Our deliverables, which are large and complex governance and information management tools, are built on the MS ecosystem mainly M365, Power Platform and Azure. We are also leveraging in-house AI tools for user self-service and information (based on OpenAI) as well as developer/tester capacity enhancement (github copilot).In cooperation with Information Management department, planning the training and adoption of the M365 across the global enterprise. Working together with IT Security and M365 Architects in various high-budget, high-visibility, cross-functional M365 projects most recently the Ørsted tenant rename & M365 backup (technical specifications, stakeholder requirements, vendor selection), also involved with the implementation of Copilot and Github Copilot.In order to gain a deeper cross-cultural understanding of our internal IT and external users' needs I relocated 3 months to our offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsible (Application owner) for the Flügger group O365 platform which is used in every function. Acted as the technical lead for the new SharePoint Online intranet roll-out where the audiences were both the white collar, and our store employees. Responsible for O365 application governance and rollout (Stream, Teams, Groups, etc) based on business needs and in cooperation with strategic leadership. Cooperated with IT Operations team in defining business risks and needs and ultimately choosing O365 3rd party backup partner. In cooperation with Intranet governance team, planning the training and adoption of the O365 platform from the enterprise-wide scale to the single departments and also helping the Super User organisation so that our users can get any help they may need. Optimised the O365 platform with regards to services offered and service/platform configuration. Platform transformed into a more robust, and more secure and trusted environment.

Responsible for the global SharePoint 2010 intranet which is the Group-wide Communication & Collaboration platform. Responsibilities included: new tool/service scoping, integration, and adoption, business stakeholder interaction among all Maersk BU’s at all levels, portal support team management & training, vendor & consultant interaction. Technical lead on Group-wide platform migration to O365 SharePoint Online. New platform will accommodate higher number of users including ship crews and other blue collar users and be highly responsive to accommodate users in high latency areas. Multiple workstreams being coordinated with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Cooperating with other O365 Service Owners (Yammer / Office web apps, etc) for knowledge sharing, platform maintenance, business adoption and training as a holistic process.

Worked on R&D archiving (digital and paper) initiative, pilot program member of Office Communication Server, planning near-future implementation of iOS devices within Nycomed/Takeda. Supported the Nycomed "Daxas" Global Launch Team by developing and maintaining web based knowledge sharing services and information activities. Communication of the project progress into the organization both to colleagues and leadership.Developed knowledge sharing initiatives to keep various R&D, and cross-functional, project team members informed and connected. Travel for team support to Nycomed/Takeda offices in Germany and Switzerland, also offered global support via Webex. Member of Nycomed/Takeda superuser group. R&D representative of Nycomed/Takeda's System Management Group (enterprise intranet governance board). Maintained internal blog at "My Time iNside" - internal blog describing Sharepoint/intranet experiences within Nycomed/Takeda along with tips for advanced users

Project leader for R&D Knowledge Management project. Responsible for coordination and implementation of projects in order to establish a knowledge management platform that integrates Hempel's world-wide laboratories (Denmark, Spain, Singapore, China).

Anti-fouling paint R&D. Laboratory development and project management, including travel to on-site testing and inspection (worldwide). Collaboration with Hempel laboratories globally, plus external R&D partners.

Worked within global R&D function to identify technologies that could give a market advantage by enhancing performance and/or reducing costs. Interaction with external vendors to assess potential value within our organisation, and worked with various internal departments (R&D, Production, Procurement, Marketing) to assess viability of any business case.
