A baristas responsibilities are more like privileges and opportunities for making social connections than anything else. Every cup, every latte, we aren't just simply hand crafting beverages, we're creating experiences for our guests and achieving a level of connection, whether it's a brief thirty second chat while steaming milk or pulling shots, or in depth discussions shared with regulars sitting across the bar for a few hours each morning. As a shift supervisor, it's our job to help coordinate a team of baristas/partners to best ensure the presentation of the store, the quality of beverages, and the efficiency of logistics is always in keeping with the standards of excellence set out for us by the company and our own moral code.
