During my tenure at Consolidated Industries, I was responsible for designing forging die sets based of customer blueprints, running FEA simulations using DEFORM, and streamlining post processing by designing tools and fixtures.

During my time at TerrapinWorks, I operated a lab with 10 Makerbot Rep 2 FDM printers that served approximately 300 students per semester. I organized training and a maintenance schedule for 6 employees and I conducted design reviews for students who wished to 3D print CAD models to ensure successful prints. Outside clients would also bring in projects and I would help them realize their projects using various CAD programs. I also operated a 3 axis CNC router and machined many pieces out of wood, aluminum, and acrylic.
