Storyteller, art maker, and connection maker. In three years, I built a drama club at a small private high school into a rigorous and expansive immersion into amateur theater. I am a fifth-year teacher, excellent at communicating ideas; an 8-year music director adept at guiding collaborations. Nurturing creativity and critical thinking at Bishop Loughlin Memorial HS, my dual role as a Math Teacher and Drama Director for over two and a half years has allowed me to engage a diverse student body through a unique blend of algebra, history, and performing arts. My commitment to fostering cross-disciplinary learning is evident in the daily history of math and word of the day segments integrated into the curriculum.In the realm of theater, I have significantly expanded the drama program, producing shows that require collaboration with numerous departments, demonstrating my adeptness in administration and operational planning.
