I've worked for over 16 years in various roles for Churches. In doing so, I've been honored to be the lead for numerous events, and countless volunteers. In the role I've had to do volunteer recruitment, leadership training, fundraising, publicity, data entry and administration, and much more.Thirteen years ago I started a one day conference for high school students and adults from throughout the northeast part of Pennsylvania. This production incorporated meeting with the host site team (which is Misericordia University) including the conference team, catering staff, sound and lighting production team, security, and overnight dorm representative. In addition, I was in charge of booking all talent, speakers, and music for the event. The last piece of the puzzle was bringing in venders and marketing the event. Due to the success of this event later required the development of a team of individuals which I managed.I say all of that to convey that over the past years, my love for this type of work has emerged. Most of what I was in charge of at my pasts jobs working for churches has revolved around bringing about successful events. Some of them would only have a few dozen people. Most would have 500-600 in attendance. Experienced Director Of Youth Ministry with a demonstrated history of working in the religious institutions industry.
