I am a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair. I am currently NED, AC Chair and member of the RemCo at Billington Holdings Plc, a non-executive on KPMG's Central & Eastern Europe Board and an Independent Non-Executive at accountancy firm Haysmacintyre, where I was also interim-Chair until December 2023. I also undertake one off projects - for example, reviewing viability of businesses and advising on audit quality disputes and regulatory investigations. As a KPMG audit partner for 20 years, I worked across a number industries and in a number of locations. I have advised clients in various roles including auditing, financial reporting and accounting, corporate transactions, governance and financing. I held various management roles with KPMG, including running the London Corporate Audit Practice until 2013. I have had a particular sector focus in building and construction.
