• Install, calibrate and troubleshoot in-process electronic instrumentation including: pH meter, Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer, Conductivity meter and UV detector.• Take in process samples and perform off-line analysis for pH, Conductivity and Optical Density. • Use Data Historian, PI Process Books and Finite Schedule to optimize upstream fermentation process step times. • Monitor critical processes, execute validation protocols, and perform equipment and GMP document troubleshooting along with recognizing and accurately reporting problems.• Perform skilled operations in a manufacturing setting including Fermentation, Purification, and Buffer Preparation. Perform hands-on operations including system set-up, clean in-place (CIP), pressure test (PT), steam in-place (SIP). • Appointed shift Behavior Observation Performance (BOP) person, observe and coach coworkers in process safety. Entered observations in company matrix.• Construct VBA Excel data entry and matrix tracking spreadsheet for BOP program.• Perform Process & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) system walk down to ensure system integration, and proper equipment labeling.
