Provided first-line guidance to ~300 employees related to leave of absence (LOA), ADA accommodations, employee relations complaints/concerns, policy interpretation, payroll, and benefits within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model. Supported leadership by driving semi-annual performance cycle, providing policy and resource updates, leadership coaching and training (specifically in areas of employment law, HR/management best practices, and compliance).
