Notably leading a large multi discipline team turning over +£4mil per annum through strategic planning, culture change and personalised coaching.Starting in hospitality in 2012, I quickly achieved the role of General Manager in 2016, handpicked to transform a failing site 2 years later, before being entrusted to manage a flagship site in 2021.To challenge my adaptability, I transitioned into the retail sector in 2023, specifically luxury watches and jewellery. Supporting the Showroom director in rebuilding the team to maximise flexibility in approach to meet client and brand partner's expectations. Coaching and developing the team in delivering exceptional client experience, increasing the average sale price and developing long-lasting relationships.Now, leading the implementation of an ambitious growth plan for a new luxury watch service centre. Leading the multi discipline team by aligning on our common goal and empowering the individuals to take decisions.
