As the Lead Product Designer @ Wrapbook - I'm responsible for advocating for, and delivering amazing experiences to our customers, in a complex and at times ambiguous problem space. Alongside my talented cross-functional partners, and through deeply empathizing with users (read: obsessing over), you'll find me practicing a lean product design process with the goal of delivering, at minimum - a minimum desirable product - not just a viable product. On the daily, you'll find me: researching, sketching/wireframing concepts, negotiating constraints with PM's and engineers, iterating on designs, contributing to & maintaining our design system, prototyping interactions and user flows, getting real customer feedback on the work, and repeat.Key initiatives: - Researched, designed & delivered mobile app experience for worker onboarding, timecards, and expense submissions. - Delivered a 366% decrease in time-to-complete timecards compared to our previous responsive web solution. Down from over 4m per timecard to just 66s.- Aided in the interviewing & hiring of 4 additional senior designers & their onboarding.

Led product design initiatives as a solo designer across the entire product organization (30+ engineers broken into 6 cross-functional squads) while actively recruiting & interviewing to scale up our design team.

- Led design efforts for Agent Chat, Virtual Agent, and other collaboration and chat based tools- Effectively led design on a new chat tool that unified work communication across the ServiceNow Platform.- Co-created two separate rounds of usability testing with Fortune 500 companies in partnership with my primary UX Researcher- Facilitated a 3-day long “Design Jam” with 6-10 other designers between US & India- Key contributor to the transition from Sketch to Figma for all 200+ designers at ServiceNow

As both the sole designer & a co-founder at Lennd:- Conducted user-centered research, design synthesis, and rapid design conceptualization.- Successfully guided the product from 0-1 through iterations & a few pivots. - Mentored interns & helped launch them into UX careers of their own (one of my prouder accomplishments).- Worked in daily collaboration with Front End & Backend Engineers, digging into the complexities, challenges, and unique considerations of web-based software projects.

- Responsible for the user experience of all web properties- Delivered engaging digital experiences that converted skeptics into supporters with story driven design. - Was responsible for kicking off & leading the process of a complete overhaul of the invisiblechildren.com website while mentoring multiple interns.

Design the merchandise, web aesthetic, and print materials, and also work on the web design and web development side of things.

- Collaborated on conceptual UI for backend banking systems- Experienced in-person usability testing, and learned critical UX concepts

- Helped manage the e-commerce website- Produced all web advertising and much of the print marketing materials
