My work continues to be local to NI, Ireland, the UK, across Europe and internationally. (My specialties are listed below.)My experience stems from working in HR, Equal Opportunities and Learning and Development in the public sector from 1983 until 2006. My CPD included time at Civil Service College and on site across Europe with various European public sector agencies.During 1993 - 1995, I helped bring Competence-Based Selection and Recruitment to Northern Ireland from GB. My trainees have included MLAs, NI Assembly Commission, Senior Civil Service, Board members, Chief Executives, school governors, and panellists of all levels and sectors in Selection since 1995. I was trained by Civil Service College in Harassment investigations and as a Contact Adviser, and have delivered training in both areas since 1995. I was involved in drafting the NICS Competence Framework.
