1. KPI. Senior member of Hawaii Tourism China team, driving South China's FIT Hawaii tour bookings at a 135% yoy growth in the first half of 2017, the highest among all China regions. Actively supporting Hawaii Tourism Hong Kong team since its setup, helping HK market achieved record high growth in FIT and group bookings in 2017.2. Business Development. Initiating and implementing effective marketing campaigns with airlines, travel agents and other stakeholders to increase the bookings of Hawaii tours through online and offline channels, i.e. OTA platforms, events, seminars, etc. South China has thus become the most active region in China market through the aggressive expansion of local business cooperations.3. Marketing. Organizing and attending consumer and MCI events in South China, Northeast China and Hong Kong to maintain Hawaii's brand image as a world class leisure and MCI destination.4. Project Management. Serviced as crucial member in almost all events and projects in Hawaii Tourism China, including annual Sales Mission, major trade exhibitions, in-house trainings, etc. Responsible for MC, event outlines, budgeting, attendance building, timeline management, AV/TV controls, venue layout, stakeholder and client management, on-site coordination, etc with great support from team.5. Market Research. Conducting in-depth research on airlift, travel industry trend and data, competitor updates, destination updates, etc and reporting to management as well as Hawaii's local trade partners.6. Training. Engaged in most trade related trainings to new staff in the team, ensuring the whole team's delivery of professional services to stakeholders.
