In this role, I focus on revamping and deploying new policies and procedures, standardizing practices enterprise-wide. I establish KPIs and dashboards to quickly identify areas of opportunity and champion new strategies that enhance customer engagement and improve revenue generation. I effectively manage the Sales Dept, shifting the strategy from individual sales to fostering strategic partnerships and prospecting with potential clients and allies. Most notably, I build partnerships with a professional network of organizations, creating a collective approach to sales, cross-selling, upselling, and referral-based business.
