Experience in Growth, Product, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Recruiting, and User Experience (the advantages of building a career in a business from startup to public company).Currently focused on the in-product growth messages Dropbox shows to users for adoption, conversion, and retention. This is somewhat of a hybrid Growth and Product Manager role, with strong elements of Design, Content Marketing, and Analytics. I'm focused on the mobile app right now but have previously been working on web and desktop for both the personal and business product offerings.Along with Growth and Product, I have worked in with the internal business strategy team as Dropbox was preparing for IPO and growing out the regional offices in Europe. While based in Dublin, Ireland I helped to setup the graduate program for new hires and Dropbox for Good in the region.Before Dropbox, I briefly worked in Proctor and Gamble but my main focus area was Energy Engineering.
