Soccer USA Partners was created to act as the marketing arm of the US Soccer Federation during the lead up to the World Cup in the US in 1994. To provide sponsor benefits to US Soccer partners, a series of 12 exhibition matches were scheduled around the country each year leading up to the Cup. Management of these matches was the focus of my role with company including the following:- Arranged and contracted for all in-market game services including stadium agreements, hotels and hospitality functions- Controlled in-market ticket sales and box office management- Oversaw creative design, production and placement for all event related advertising- Supervised all game related sponsor programs and promotions- Tracked all expenses and revenues and produced financial close-out documentation
