Increased profits over 300% in 1997, earning Baker’s team the President’s Award for Outstanding Response to Competition from parent company Fleming Foods.•Received 1996-1997 Marketer of the Year award from the American Marketing Association of Omaha for accomplishing Value Card marketing plan goals including market share leadership, customer loyalty, and increased sales and profits.
