Accomplishment: In 2019, LETR had hundreds of law enforcement participants and raised over $735,000 for Special Olympics Massachusetts- Increase Polar Plunge revenue by focusing on renewal and relationship-building of team captains, and recruitment of new teams. Pivot to an entirely virtual/at-home format during the Covid-19 pandemic and attempt to retain and engage past team captains in an entirely new, digital way. Accomplishment: In 2021, despite the pandemic, Polar Plunge saw its best year on record – 2,500 participants who raised $580,000.- Transition the staff to a brand new fundraising software and, over the course of three years, grow the organization’s online revenue footprint while ensuring the highest quality fundraiser experience.
