Most awarded creative at Effie 2018AdAge International Agency of the Year 2018Campaign Agency of the Year Runner-up 2020 "BBH Barn" Co-launched a diversity-driven internship programme that employed talent from non-advertising backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives in creative work. The internship format was adopted in the Shanghai and Mumbai offices. “Nike Women Instazine” Created a sports magazine built for social media to inspire pre-teen girls to do sports. It took on the format of a print editorial designed for Instagram, with an added e-commerce element. It brought in 500 million views, and the format was deployed globally for Nike. Absolut Vodka “Shockingly Responsible” Relaunched Absolut vodka in 25 global markets from Singapore. Introduced a responsibility platform for Absolut that got the brand to acknowledge alcohol's role in topics such as drunken sexual assault. Also hijacked a US election to get people to “Vote first, drink later”.
