Assistant to a Senior Lecturer with 450 students per semester. My duties included: being present for all eight of his classes per week, taking attendance for his classes, proctoring exams, grading exams, helping enter in exam grades, helping finalize grades at the end of the semester, taking exams to the center for students with disabilities, running errands around campus, sorting and keeping track of paper work, answering student’s question in person and through email, and making copies for exams and other assignments.SWAG (Supporting Women in Geography) Award

Crafting and implementing Standards Based Curriculum with a focus on Language Objectives across three content areas: Math, Science, and Reading. Individually and collaboratively planning, designing, and building effective and comprehensive curricula for Gifted and Talented Students, English Language Learners, and Inclusion Students with the use of multiple SDAIE strategies to address all students learning styles and levels. Maintaining excellent classroom management skills and an ability to keep students on task by using behavior modification techniques as a motivator for improving citizenship and participation.
