About Stephine Ogutu

Stephine (Steve) brings a decade of expertise in development communication, research, program design, strategic partnerships, and public policy. He has led communications and policy influence initiatives for development programs funded by USAID, PEPFAR, USDA, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hilton Foundation, and the Hewlett Foundation across Sub-Saharan Africa.
