Adept at designing and implementing innovative ways to assist all peoples in ascertaining and practicing identity awareness and then develop individualized plans to help them obtain their goals. Former case manager for persons with disabilities, academic counselor for NCAA Division I student-athletes, and learning specialist. I am passionate about meeting people where they are, assisting them in developing an individual plan to meet their goals, and assist them through transitional phases by connecting them with resources and preparing them for life in their next phases wile they develop essential leadership and life skills.
