Freelance Production
Current• Line Producer - duties include (but not limited to): assembling & managing Crew, working & communicating with Client to meet expectations, managing gear and equipment, handling locations and travel, organizing contracts & paperwork, working with & meeting the appropriate budget requirements, and more. • Associate Producer/ Coordinator - work with the Producer and/ or Production Manager to book crew, help secure filming locations + obtain necessary filming permits, secure rental agreements, book 3rd-party vendors, assist on scouts, coordinate catering/ health restrictions, help distribute Covid test + PPE, and more.• Work with the talent and/ or creative agency to collect & organize any necessary documentation. (E.g. talent release forms, covid addendums, talent call sheets, employee & tax paperwork, etc).• Create pre-production material, such as: call sheets, scouting schedules, shooting schedules, scout packets, pre-production books, production forms, talent wardrobe books, and more.• Communicate with location reps to gather property details & troubleshoot any foreseeable situations. (E.g. secure parking, confirm holding room for crew & equipment, factor in weather back-ups, and more).• Assist with on-set logistics, help keep Crew on schedule, manage the Production Assistants to keep the set running smoothly, and more.• Post-production duties include: collect & process invoices to company budget systems, organize all production receipts into system, help oversee prop + equipment returns.
