Main responsibilities include: - Improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of the CEO - Pro-actively managing their working environment - Responsible for complex diary, email and travel management - Carrying out research and analysis on key projects - Producing presentations and reports to a high level - Providing support to other global board membersKey Skills and Experience:Administration Support and Diary Management • Effective administration, planning and organisational skills • Organised conferences and maintained full schedule of meetings for Senior Management• Competent in all aspects of meeting preparation and follow up activity• Managed complex travel arrangements and logistics of corporate functions• Ability to deal with correspondence and presentations to a high standardProject Management• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including project lifecycle, planning and control, risk and issue management and benefit realisation• Secured and controlled programme budgets through effective business case development• Dealing with key stakeholders on a daily basis using effective communication skillsCommunication• High level of interpersonal and influencing skills• Experienced in liaising with internal and external clients at all levels• Timely production of high quality reports and presentations
