Joined the Wealth Management Privacy Office (within the Chief Operating Office) and was responsible for the overall Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) Privacy Program management and implementation.Oversaw, coordinated and addressed GWIM Privacy Events, as well as privacy complaints and issues. Identified root cause analysis, issue-trends, communicated with executive management as well as US and International Regulators with timely information around all significant or high risk events.Ensured all Enterprise and GWIM Privacy Notices were delivered as required for all impacted accounts (International and Domestic) and tested and monitored the delivery. Hired after graduation to join the Client Experience & Analytics Team responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of Advice Tools, project management office, information security & privacy, and a variety of ad-hoc business growth initiatives.Completed the Merrill Lynch Identity Theft Red Flag Program for the division by working with the Information Security & Privacy Group to identify all risks within the Merrill Edge account opening, account modification, online monitoring, and account closing procedures.Implemented the firm’s Knowledge Exchange (KX) migration initiative by acting as global administrator of the KX website and its replacement, the SharePoint website. Created and designed the structure of the SharePoint site for group of 500+ employees. The site migration created a $2K annual savings for the division.Audited communication devices, hardware, and software for division to reduce overhead realized by the division, approximately $46K/year (PCs, physical equipment, LAN, Email, Telephone, Real Time Quotes and Fax2Mail).
