Responsible for creative direction of Salon Magazine, English and French, all platforms - print, online, social and event production/multimedia. Work with outside brands on collaborative covers, marketing, and sponsored content design. Oversee and generate ideas for Contessa, Canadian Hairstylist of the Year campaign and annual gala event.

Key responsibilities include designing magazine layouts for Salon Magazine (both English and French versions) and Elevate Magazine and collateral materials for trade shows and special events including the Contessa Canadian Hairstylist of the Year Awards, as well as management of photo resizing and image retouching. Update and maintain salonmagazine.ca and elevatemagazine.com. Responsible for preparing files for pre-press of nationally circulated publications and archiving completed issues. Other responsibilities include in-house creation of ads for clients, proposals for potential clients and video editing for web content. It is often required for the same messaging to be interpreted to different audiences and for both print and web platforms.
