I’ve planned, promoted and partied; listened, lobbied and liaised; created, campaigned and copywritten my way from graduate to director level in my career as a Chartered Marketer and PR Professional. I’ve worked with CEOs of global enterprises, marketing managers at SMEs, directors of startups and entrepreneurs in b2b and b2c markets. My new role at Pektron sees me enter the world of electronics and it is fascinating. I get a real buzz from events. I’ve stage-managed, run press offices, created and operated exhibitions both in the UK and abroad. I love sharing my passion for all things events, community, and marketing, adding to my skills and challenging myself, which is why I volunteer for roles such as School Governor. I’m a huge motor racing fan, especially MotoGP and Valentino Rossi in all his guises. I volunteer for MotoGP charity Two Wheels for Life, and our local Derby Book Festival. I sing with Hot House Gospel Choir, dabble in running, dancing and climbing. I respond well to smiles, politeness, coffee and biscuits.
