Trained to provide diabetes self-management education and support; incorporated socio-cultural research to adapt education material to address the needs of the population; Drew routine labs for a comprehensive analysis of the patient. Assisted in Diabetes Peer Group visits conducted in both English and Spanish.Responsibilities also included but not limited to: charting patient health information, taking vitals, cleaning up exam rooms, providing patient education, administering injections (performed successful IM, ID, SQ injections), performing venipunctures, performing various lab tests – Urinalysis, Strep Tests, Random Glucose, HbA1c, etc; ordering labs, submitting referrals, restocking items in patient rooms, procedure set ups & assistance, and assist Providers directly -- in BH, Pediatric, IM, FP, Chiropractic, CDE.Operated within an Urgent Care & Primary Care clinic w/ Specialty Services. Responsibilities Included:- Interacting with customers by assisting them in their inquiries, selecting their choice of product, and finalizing their order at the register.- Maintenance of the store : Cleaning up after a customer, tidying up the products in the store, wiping the windows, mopping the floor, organizing boxes.- Receiving inventory from the Warehouse, placing it next to the brand of shoes it belongs to, also picking out shoes that were requested for the Warehouse.

Responsibilities Include (and not limited to):- Administrative work : Filling out applications, filing claims for missing packages with UPS and USPS, making product listings on Amazon, preparing labels for packages that needed to be sent out not related to our industry (shoes).- Customer Service: Returning phonecalls to customers that called in to inquire about a product, processing orders and printing labels from UPS/USPS to ship the order out, answering emails online regarding customer inquiries - which could be related to our products or for a missing package or other inquiries, assisting a customer with their questions when they call in or need assistance with an order, processed returns and refunds, main focus with ensuring a customer has a good experience with our company.- Shipping and Mailing : Ordering supplies, assisting the crew with packaging, taping and getting orders prepared for UPS/USPS, receiving inventory and stocking it - also with preparing products to be sent elsewhere by labeling them.
