Being with people is probably one of my favorite things in life. Friends used to joke that I could introduce myself to a brick wall and while I will go on the record as stating that never actually happened, I thrive when I get to meet new people and expand my sphere of influence. My job as a real estate agent is the perfect fit for me.I’ve come a long way since my Virginia Tech days studying French and History. Shortly after graduating in 2000 I moved to Downingtown, PA to take a position with a non-denominational Christian outreach ministry and had the unique opportunity of living in an apartment above a barn. My husband and I met in the Delaware Valley area and eventually moved to Phoenixville where we are now raising our family. During our first years of marriage I held several different positions at a local bank and then went on to grow my career in the project management field working for a local mutual fund company. Being in the financial industry for so long has provided the perfect background for working in the real estate field. My husband and I knew that once our family grew to four that working out of the home presented too many challenges for us. I reached out to Katie (co-owner of EveryHome) & she helped me through the licensing process and encouraged me along the way. Now I get to care for my daughter, Lily, and son, Ben, during the day and moonlight as a real estate agent. In our spare time our family enjoys walking around Phoenixville, kayaking, spending time with friends and fixing up our old home. As a real estate agent, I really enjoy getting to know my clients and then finding out how I can best serve their needs. Their stories are very special to me. Each one is so unique and requires special attention and buying a home is a big deal! It’s a privilege to be allowed into my clients’ lives enough to help them find that perfect house – a place to call home.
