This included; • Booking services, MOT’s, warranty and maintenance work• Advising customers on their car issues• Making calls to customers with regular updates• Checking a customer in and taking them through the Skoda approved process• Up selling at any opportunity, from the booking all the way through to the follow up calls • Invoicing retail and internal work • Using many online systems such as; Kerridge, Etka, Coopers, IVHC, Elsa pro, 1link, mobex, PIP and VMS. • Having to make fast decisions due to the outcome of vehicles. However having past experience with dealing with customers face to face and over other communications, i was able to adapt this into my role which aided me to become more successful than my colleagues when it came to sales. Managing staff files and using a matrix to ensure that staff are up to date with leap training and there blue books. If this was the case then i organised and aided staff to complete the files.Further more i have had experience in cash handling and banking, which accrued on every shift and being able to open and close the restaurant following correct kitchen and floor checks. Working in this industry and as a deputy manger has helped me to apply confidence in any task given and has also given me drive in my career path. Show less
