- Responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of all instructional design, including but not limited to new courses, redesign of existing training, template creation, flyers, calendars, pre-class.
- Utilizes Adult Learning Theory to ensure retention
- Creates and conducts training sessions using a variety of training methods and styles to yield the greatest result and ensure transfer of knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to, e-learning, instructor led.
- Generates specialized coursework to coincide with courses developed.
- Identifies and organizes logistics including catering, conference rooms, and A/V needs for training within multiple office locations
- Coordinates training registration, reminders, attendee lists, and post-class follow up communications
