As a firefighter for the Little Rock Fire Department, I have grown as a leader but also as a learner. I am very open minded to positive criticism because I know that it will aid in the betterment of myself and my department one day. I am a person that brings positivity into any area that I walk into while also bringing an abundance of knowledge. I am one who likes to talk out problems so there will never be any tensions that will hinder the work environment.
