As Consumer of Direct sales my duties consist of door to door sales for Windstream and Dish services.

Ensure customers received great service by educating them on their purchases. Set up customer sales online and via phone. Activate and give customers demonstrations about their mobile devices. Trouble shoot mobile devices when needed.

Worked closely with store management to increase cast members awareness in safety. Ensured proper operation of physical building, security, c.c.t.v. and alarm system. Created and maintained scheduling for Loss Prevention team. Protected the clients and cast members from any potential harm in the store. Helped the team surpass the monthly sales goals by assisting the clients with their purchases.
