Incorporating a strong analytical approach with her interpersonal and organizational savvy, Stephanie brings deeper insights and thought leadership that strengthen leaders and teams. Stephanie challenges business leaders to allocate the same amount of rigor to talent and HR planning as they do to business planning. Known for her authentic approach, Stephanie convenes diverse groups to deepen their relationships and build team effectiveness. In addition to large multi-nationals, Stephanie has worked with Founder/CEOs and executives of small businesses and non-profits to build and grow strong leaders and leadership acumen. Stephanie supports professionals and side hustlers through events, workshops, and personal career coaching dedicated to helping them move forward faster. Stephanie holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg. Stephanie and her husband James see their first goal as raising their three girls to be strong, kind citizens of the world. Stephanie models their family values through her community work including board positions with Edina Give & Go, Cowles Theatre, Penumbra Theatre, and ModernWell.
