Stephanie challenges business leaders to allocate the same amount of rigor to talent and HR planning as they do to business planning. Known for her authentic approach, Stephanie convenes diverse groups to deepen their relationships and build team effectiveness. Stephanie holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg. Stephanie and her husband James see their first goal as raising their three girls to be strong, kind citizens of the world.
