Deployed to various states throughout the US for wind, hail, fire, wildfire, winter/freeze and water claims. 20+ years of experience in residential construction, historic restoration, remodeling, design and new construction.  Thorough knowledge of investigation, setting reserves and policy & coverage analysis.  Ability to negotiate with the clients and contractors to positively impact the outcome of a claim.  Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, to internal and external parties.  Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.  Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers and peers.  Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.  Experienced in handling customer relations and understanding customer concerns and claim priorities.
