Hi, I'm Steph and I am an Autism Specialist Teacher, Advisor, Coach and School Consultant. I am passionate about helping and working with schools, professionals and parents, to maximise outcomes for children with autism and SEND through evidence-based approaches, positive interventions and proactive strategies. I provide personal and bespoke outreach support, training, staff development and coaching to schools and services. I also coach professionals, teachers, parents and carers online.My mission is to support autistic and neurodivergent learners to reach their potential via high quality and personalised teaching and support, by equipping professionals and parents with the tools and strategies needed to teach and empower a range of abilities and needs.There are lots of inclusive strategies and systems that benefit not just autistic children, but all children, and can be implemented in different settings and contexts.
