Led the PTO for a K-8 Charter School in Charleston, SC. Planned events from inception to successful completion.Created and maintained a balanced budget.Worked closely with the Treasurer to ensure all appropriate tax forms and documentation were filed. Maintained and updated the PTO Website.Planned virtual activities to keep the students connected when the COVID-19 Pandemic led to the cancellation of in-person schooling. Provided primary support and leadership in all facets of technology for 80 on-site users throughout the Southeast including offices in Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Savannah, Augusta, Brunswick, and Statesboro. Also provided backup and remote second tier support for over 700 users across the 8 state South Eastern Division. As documentation lead I was responsible for extensively documenting IT policies and procedures, as well as producing training materials and written instructions for end users. I also led and facilitated IT training sessions on a variety of topics.
